Meet Andrew

Andrew’s philosophy for real estate is simple - it’s not sales, it’s a service. 

Originally a Boston native, Andrew spent nearly a decade in New York pursuing his lifelong passion working in the film industry. He built a name for himself as a 1st Assistant Director on a variety of projects that included some notable and legendary names in the business. He is credited with dozens of projects varying from feature films, to music videos, short films, and international advertisements. His passion for the creative combined with his streamlined organization and his thriving entrepreneurial spirit made the next phase of his life a strikingly obvious yet unrealized opportunity.

Real estate began to grow increasingly interesting to him, and, soon after his marriage, he got licensed, moved to Florida, and hit the ground running under a successful mentor where he learned the market at an accelerated pace. Much like on set, Andrew prides himself on clear and informative communication to help his clients achieve their overall goals. He will work diligently to ensure that the process, the paperwork, and the experience are as stress-free as possible. Keeping his philosophy close at heart, Andrew never wants clients to feel like they are just a transaction… they are people. 

Now, as a solo agent, Andrew always understood the world is now digital and social media is king. He aims to blend his film experience and real estate endeavors to create captivating video content that will draw in clients who want to go from scrolling properties to signing closing documents.
